Loggia Industria vernici, has been operating for more than 30 years in the ver- niciant products industry internationally.
The production facility occupies an area of more than 50,000 square meters with a Research and Development Center of more than 1,000 square meters, as well as central management offices and a 1,000-square-meter company representative exhibition area.
The product range is wide and diverse, from the production of washables, glazes, exterior paints, to green to the production of high-end decorative products for interior decoration.
The presence of several production lines, has also allowed the brand to distinguish itself in the international market, confirming its presence in more than 50 countries with targeted product placement.

INNOVATION AND PATENT PRODUCT
In the internal R&D laboratory, patented products are created both in the decor field such as Plasma 3D®, Monolith®, Moquette® and in the green field such as Umana® , the patented photocatalytic paint S.A.R.C. (a project followed by the research resp. Dr. Zuffranieri and linked to a European research project" CO-RESEARCH" in partnership with La Sapienza and the Pa.L.Mer, It was created to purify the air and break down all the harmful substances in our environment such as bacteria molds viruses, formaldehyde and smog.

Latest research project on Umana® in partnership with Labanalysis showed the virucidal activity of Umana against Sars-cov2 (covid19). The research project on www.umanaloggia.it In addition, Umana è a Partner product of Legambiente, as it reflects the principles of environmental sustainability by quality and product characteristics, and Partner of Federsanità, the field of use also shifts to health care for health protection and prevention and acts as a contributor to the maintenance of healthy air in environments. In 2021, it also received the Angi Award for Research and Product Innovation recognition shared with the President of Enea Tech
