3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4. TRANSPORT OF GOODS

Goods travel at the Customer's risk. The Site is not liable for damages, shortages and delays caused by the Carrier. In the event of an anomaly between the Site documents and the goods being delivered to the Customer, a written reservation option must be made on the Carrier's document at the time of collection. Claims shall not be accepted in the absence of a written reservation on the Carrier's document.
